about

Geowulf return with a pensive, mature, shoe-gazey ballad.
“Won’t Look Back is about trying to look forward and deciding to be excited about what might be next.” says Star, Geowulf’s singer. “Toma had the idea for it a long time ago, maybe a year or so, but it really came together recently.”

Geowulf are back stronger than ever with Won’t Look Back. The lyrics are beautifully fragile, yet the sonics are arrestingly robust, resulting in a driving, throbbing, living organism of a song.
Geowulf have found their niche; effortlessly gripping you to their music from the moment it starts and smoothly carrying you to the the end like a seductive magic carpet.

2016 was quite a start for Geowulf, they broke onto the scene with Saltwater, the perfect showcase of their unique electronically-infused brand of lo-fi indie-pop, as of today racking up more than 4 million streams on Spotify alone. Following up with dreamier, lovlier Don’t Talk About You, the band made a name for themselves in the contemporary shoegaze/dream-pop world a mere few months after surfacing.

After an amazing start with their online career, Geowulf will be making a name for themselves live, hitting festivals such as Live at Leeds, Hit the North & The Great Escape(as part of the Alternative Escape). They will also be gracing the stage at [PIAS] Niteson the 20th April with label mates CHAMPS, JONES and CUT_.
